Each hotel is assigned a designated hotel laundry Service Manager who serves as a direct link between hotel clientele and our commercial laundry service operating facilities. They work closely with each hotel’s executive management team -- and very closely with room attendants and housekeeping supervisors -- in order to operate pro-actively, and ensure that quality standards and delivery needs are being met daily.

  • Same Day Guest laundry Service– picked up in the morning and returned to the hotel by 5 pm.
  • Express Guest Laundry Service– 4-hour express service
  • Overnight Guest Laundry Service-- picked up in the evening and returned to guest by 7 am
  • Employee Uniform Laundry Service-- employee items are laundered daily, within 8 hours whenever possible. However, we do request a full 24-hour waiting period.
  • Hotel Linen Service—rush hotel linen service and linen rental services
  • Tailoring requests—processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday
  • Guest Laundry Presentation Design Service—our Creative Director creates custom presentation packages with designs rivaling those found in high-end boutique and luxury stores.
